Here’s an inexpensive hat that proves it’s possible to be shaded from the sun and look stylish at the same time. Perfect for summer camp or any event under the sun.  A great project for kids, the hat features big brass stars on the outside and tiny blue stars covering the underside of the brim.  Start with a plain white bucket hat and have fun painting!
