Sweet Addictive Woven Crystal Bracelet
The weave of this uncomplicated bracelet repeats across the length of the project in a dazzling, addictive design you’ll want to wear when you dress up and when you’re in your pajamas. Swarovski crystals in the palest hues blend with seed pearls and silver lined seed beads giving “bling” an utterly fresh look and meaning. Reminiscent of sherbert, the light peach, peridot, and lavender colors combine in this sweet one-inch wide band of cool shimmer. The silver slide clasp completes but doesn’t compete with the lovely pattern.
The amount of thread and beads you will need to complete the project will obviously depend on how large a bracelet you require. One inch of bracelet equals 6 vertical rows, so 6 of each color bead is needed (one for each row). My 6.5” bracelet required 36 of each color bicone crystal.
If you see that you will run out of thread during beading, weave through the completed work with half-hitch knots. Cut off the excess and thread the needle again with a new length, create half hitch knots in the work and weave your way back to where you left off in the pattern.
