Patriotic Pinwheels

Oh beautiful for spacious skies, and pinwheels blowing in the breeze!

Show your patriotism any day of the year with these pinwheels on your lawn or walkway. Or make a bunch and hand them out at your July 4th gathering. They only take a few minutes to assemble and cost pennies to make. My pinwheel is seven inches but you can make yours any size.  You may already have all the supplies you need at home. Use the flag images included with my template and instructions, or find images of your own.  You may see the perfect paper for your pinwheel at craft and scrapbooking stores. Cut into a square, poke holes and you’re on your way !

Whenever you have a celebration of any kind, pinwheels can create a festive atmosphere.
