Mirrored Jewelry Hanger

Measures 10" x 7"

Measures 10" x 7"

This is a fun project and a colorful blingy place to keep some of your favorite jewelry.  Hang the plaque on a wall wherever you might need a mirror for last minute primping.  The sturdy wood plaque measures 10” X 7”.  I've attached only three rhinestone studded cork hooks but there's room for more if you like.

Directions

COVER EXPOSED AREAS TO PREVENT ACCIDENTAL OVER SPRAY. ALLOW PAINT TO DRY BETWEEN STEPS.

step 3 - Create the butterfly with clay.  Condition the copper clay then roll it out to a 1/4" thick piece large enough to fit the wing template.

step 4 - Roll out four very thin strips of black clay and position them horizontally on the copper piece.  Blend the black into the copper using a roller or a pasta machine.  Roll and fold the clay until you like the variations in color.
