Wear the red, white and blue in this easy, easy, easy to make necklace.  The image is printed on your computer and glued into a metal frame.  The shiny seal on it is adhesive so you stick it on like a postage stamp.  That’s it.  Braid the cord, glue on the clasp and you’re good to go.  This project is ready to wear as soon as the glue is dry!
