Fall Dinner Napkins

Measures 8" x 4.50"

Here’s a great addition to the Fall table, napkins that bring the colors of the season, indoors. This is a very basic project you can accomplish in minutes. Do it with the kids and let them contribute to the table decor. Just attach the stencil to the napkin and spray! I used an airbrush to apply the paint but you can do it with with craft fabric paint and brush or sponge.

Directions

BEFORE PAINTING, ALWAYS WASH AND DRY FABRIC (WITHOUT FABRIC SOFTENER). DURING PAINTING, COVER EXPOSED FABRIC TO PREVENT ACCIDENTAL OVER SPRAY. ALLOW PAINT TO DRY BETWEEN STEPS.

step 1 - Download and print out the leaf stencil. With a craft knife, cut out the grey areas. Spray the back of the stencil with repositionable adhesive stencil spray.

step 2 - Place the stencil on the napkin with the stem in the corner. Press down the cut edges. Be sure all the little edges adhere.

step 3 - Using Bronze paint, lightly spray about one third (see photo) of the leaf at a diagonal.

step 4 - Paint the remainder of the leaf (see photo) with a dusting of Orange paint.
