5 Ghost Centerpiece
No matter where you sit at the table, you’ll be watched by the shiny eyes of a ghost which can be seen from any angle. This inexpensive centerpiece can be used on a party table or as a decoration anywhere in the house. The ghosts are attached to an inverted, plastic condiment container. The design work for this project is done for you in orange and black. Just print it out. If you own a Silhouette stencil cutter, download the cut files. If you plan to cut the ghosts with a craft knife or scissors, those instructions are at the bottom of the page too. However you create them, these bow-tied characters will make a fun accent to your home decor on Halloween.
step 1 - Download the appropriate files at the top of this page.
step 9 - The collection of ghosts should stand on their own. If they don't, lay them flat with the bottom against a straight edge. Lay a ruler against the edge and use a craft knife to cut off a small slice off the card stock to create a perfectly level bottom.
step 10 - If some white edges are visible on the perimeter of the images, touch them up with a thick black marker.
Small condiment containers are available at many restaurants where customers can serve up their own salsa, chopped onions, tarter sauce, ketchup, etc.
Note To Silhouette Users
The cut file was created in Silhouette Designer Edition V3. If you have an earlier version you may be unable to open the file. Another option is to download the pdf template and instructions above right, copy the image, and trace it in your silhouette program.
